“Basics 1 on 1” Course

This course is designed for newcomers in the gym who are ready to start training but feel insecure because of lack of knowledge and inexperience. And people who want to expand their current knowledge and skill level.

FOCUSES ON:

  • Proper posture and biomechanical execution of techniques
  • Gaining knowledge and practical use on anatomical and physiological processes that occur during your workouts
  • Giving you all the tools to confidently walk into any qym or studio with a know how and purpose

This is a 4 week workout program. 4 sessions per week, 60 min per session.

Huge benefit of this this program is the ability to manage your own workouts by yourself with purpose in safe settings while staying goal oriented and productive.

Weight Management & Lean Body Mass Increase (Muscle Hypertrophy)

Workout programs under guidance that are based on scientific methods and protocols in compliance with biomechanical and physiological demands.

Client’s current fitness level and health status determines phase from which their program starts.

Depending on your GOALS, workouts are being based either on Cardiorespiratory Training or Resistance Training. Both components work closely together supporting each other.

Healthy, active individuals and newcomers usually start with second phase of Cardiorespiratoy Training and second phase of Resistance Training. Deconditioned individuals dealing with post injury issues, bad posture, struggling with  everyday performance issues etc. usually start with phase one.

a) CARDIORESPIRATORY TRAINING  Phases (Weight Management)

  • Aerobic – Base Training
  • Aerobic – Efficiency Training
  • Anaerobic – Endurance Training
  • Anaerobic –Power Training

b) RESISTANCE TRAINING  Phases 

  • Stability and Mobility Training
  • Movement Training
  • Load Training (Muscle Hypertrophy)
  • Performance Training
